A passionate educator and firm believer in the life-changing power of mentorship, Howard Glover, is the founder and executive director of Kings Growing Kings, a nonprofit organization dedicated to youth development. Additionally, he serves as the CEO of Hard Grinderz LLC, a provider of community fitness instruction and recreational experiences
Howard earned his B.A. in Education from Urbana University, where he also played college football. After graduation, he began his career as a 6th-grade teacher and a strength and conditioning coach. He later coached high school football for ten years, including five years as the offensive coordinator at a high school
A nature and outdoor enthusiast, Howard is certified as a Level 2 Canoe and Kayak Instructor and a Team USA Archery Instructor. He is dedicated to finding positive and innovative ways to engage today’s youth in diverse programs, aiming to strengthen communities, support families, and nurture the leaders of tomorrow.
