OUR MISSION

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Kings Growing Kings (KGK) provides mentoring and leadership programs for youth in Charlotte and surrounding communities.

We deliver innovative youth mentoring programs designed for inner-city students from Title I schools in Charlotte, North Carolina, and surrounding communities. Through the powerful combination of sports and mentorship, KGK equips young people with the life skills and confidence needed to rise above challenges and pursue greater opportunities.

Our mission is to empower, educate, and inspire at-risk youth (ages 13–18) by providing consistent guidance, positive role models, and dynamic mentoring experiences. By focusing on character development, economic mobility, and workforce readiness, we prepare the next generation to break cycles of disadvantage and step into futures filled with purpose, resilience, and success.
