PERSONAL PROFILE

Howard Glover moved to Charlotte, North Carolina by way of Toledo, Ohio. He is a teacher o environmental education and a Team USA Archery Instructor. It is his passion and life mission to empower and educate today's youth through various types of programs and physical fitness.

Additional Experience:

• Certified personal trainer in boxing fitness
• Founder and CEO of Hard Grinderz Fitness
• Founder of Kings Growing Kings (KGK) Mentoring Football Team
• Founder of Diverse Youth Programming (DYP) Project

Howard attended Urbana University, where he played college football and completed his B.A. in Education. After college, he then secured a position as a 6th grade teacher and a strength and conditioning coach. After that time, Howard coached high school football for ten years and was the offense coordinator for the high school in Toledo for five years.

Being the enthusiast for nature and outdoor activities, he obtained his certification as a level 2 canoe and kayak instructor and Team USA Archery Instructor.

Howard Glover continues to seek positive and innovative ways to expose today's youth to diverse programs, which will encourage and build up today's communities, family, and youth which are tomorrow's leaders.
